Yes — on the National Day and Starter plans. Start a 14-day free trial, connect a channel, and let the AI answer real customers before you pay anything. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged; keep it and your plan starts automatically at the end of the 14 days.
Every plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits. One reply from the AI costs 1 credit, whatever it looked up to write it. When the AI does more than answer — checks live availability, books, hands off to your team, closes an order — that reply costs a few credits more. You'll get an email at 80% and 100% of your monthly pool. After that, you can let your plan auto-bill extra credits at the published rate, add a credit pack, upgrade to a higher plan, or set a hard cap so the AI pauses until next month. Your call, not ours.
Extra credits: $12 per 1,000 on every plan. Enterprise is negotiated in your contract.
The National Day plan is our smallest plan, at a limited-time National Day price: 1,000 AI credits per month, 1 channel of your choice (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or Web Chat), 1 team seat, 50 web pages, 20 document pages, and 25 FAQs. It runs the same AI as every other plan. When you outgrow it, upgrade to Starter — your account, knowledge base, and configuration carry over.
